Welcome to CleanDevos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanDevos website at cleandevos.com (the "Site") and our macOS cleanup and virus removal services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

CleanDevos provides professional remote macOS cleanup, optimization, and virus removal services. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Free Consultation: A complimentary 15-minute video assessment of your Mac's health
• Mac Cleanup & Optimization ($79): Removal of junk files, caches, system data, and startup optimization
• Virus & Malware Removal ($99): Full system scan, malware removal, adware cleanup, and security audit
• Complete Care Package ($149): Comprehensive cleanup, virus removal, performance tuning, and 30-day monitoring
• macOS Reinstall & Migration ($129): Clean macOS installation with full data migration
• Emergency Support ($199): Priority same-day remote session for urgent issues

All Services are provided remotely via secure screen-sharing tools such as AnyDesk or Zoom. You maintain full visibility and control during any remote session.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services are booked through our website contact form, booking modal, email, or phone. Upon submitting a service request:

• We will respond within 2 business hours during our operating hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM – 7 PM, Sat 10 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time)
• A service appointment will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time
• You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and are inclusive of the services described
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers
• Prices are subject to change; however, the price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored

5. Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

We stand behind our work with a 100% money-back guarantee:

• If we are unable to resolve the issue described in your service request, you will receive a full refund
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion
• To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your service details
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
• The Free Consultation is complimentary and does not qualify for a refund

6. Remote Access and Your Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your Mac, macOS version, and the issues you are experiencing
• Grant temporary screen-sharing access to our technicians for the duration of the service session only
• Remain present during the remote session or be available for questions
• Back up your important data before the service appointment (recommended but not required)
• Ensure a stable internet connection during the remote session

We will:

• Only access areas of your system relevant to the requested service
• Not access, copy, or transfer personal files without your explicit permission
• Disconnect from your system immediately upon completion of the service
• Explain all actions taken during the session upon request

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• CleanDevos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures, data loss due to factors beyond our control, or third-party software issues unrelated to our service
• While we exercise professional care, we do not guarantee that all viruses, malware, or performance issues will be permanently resolved, as new threats and system changes may arise after service completion

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence in every service session, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The results or outcomes of any specific service
• The permanent resolution of all system issues
• Compatibility with future macOS updates or third-party software

However, our 30-day monitoring (included in the Complete Care Package) and 7-day follow-up (included in all services) provide ongoing support to address any recurring issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of CleanDevos or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

When using our Site or Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our communication channels
• Provide false or misleading information in service requests
• Engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation or business

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at any time before the session begins at no charge. Cancellations during an active session may be subject to partial charges based on work already completed.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CleanDevos. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleanDevos, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanDevos regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
